MikeFisher has been a resident of Osceola County for over 40 years. Hehasover 36years of comprehensiveexperience in the Law Enforcement and Corporate Security fields.Mike iscurrently in asenior leadership position within Universal Orlandowhere he has been overseeing the SecurityInvestigations and Loss Prevention Departmentfor the past6years.Prior to working at Universal Orlando, Mike servedwith the Osceola County Sheriff’s Officefor over29 years,retiring as a division Captain. As Mike progressedthrough the ranks within the Sheriff’s office he gained valuableknowledge in a wide range of areas includingleading the Sheriff’s OfficeIntelligence Section, Criminal InvestigationsDivision, Field TrainingProgram, Tourism Policing Unit, Street Narcotics and Gang Unit;as well asserving asanagencyliaison with other lawenforcement agencies on the local, state and federal levels. Throughhis experience atthe Sheriff’s Office Mikehasdemonstratedanexpertise in interacting withtheHispaniccommunity andbusinesssector.While at theSheriff’s Office Mikewas a mentor to several young Hispanic Deputiesand tookthem under hiswingandhelped with theirdevelopmentknowing they would be vital in the years to come. Today many of thoseHispanic deputies mentored by Mike are in positions of leadership within the Sheriff’s Office.
