Francis: I am different because I love my job and I am very proud of my seller and buyer, if anyone needs help I can get it.
Latin Times Magazine: Why do you feel you were nominated? Because I believe it is hard work and even in adversity.
Francis: During Covid-19, tell us about your biggest challenge/obstacle and how you overcame it or are overcoming it. The biggest challenge in Covid is the difficult way to continue working and protect myself and help my clients.
Latin Times Magazine: Tell us about your greatest achievement and how you achieved it.
Francis: The greatest achievement is the 6 million in sales. I never gave up and I never conveyed fear.
Latin Times Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a US citizen?
Francis: U S citizens are open to new opportunities and more jobs.
Latin Times Magazine: What is your opinion about the situation in our nation? And what role do you think Hispanics/Latinos will play in the future of our nation?
Francis: The Latino is very important, because I think he is the one who is most available to work in any kind of job and wherever you find a Latino working hard to be able to provide for his family
Latin Times Magazine: What is the best lesson you have learned in leadership and how has it helped you in your career?
Francis: The best learning in leadership is compassion and helping people not to look at who but to help.
