Mayra Rodriguez: I rescue seniors by enrolling them for a better health option and assistance

Latin Times Magazine: In your industry, what would you say separates you from your competition


Mayra Rodriguez: I care about the senior community and support them in their needs by continuously seeking any resources available for them


Latin Times Magazine:  Why do you feel you were nominated


Mayra Rodriguez: I had built trust and demonstrate genuine commitment


Latin Times Magazine:  During Covid-19, tell us about your Biggest Challenge/obstacle and how you overcame it/or are overcoming it


Mayra Rodriguez:  Unemployment, financial hardship, family loss.  Not giving up and planning and strategy thinking and executing the plan. Keeping my mind in the game and my emotions under control.



Latin Times Magazine: Tell us about your biggest achievement, and how you achieved it


Mayra Rodriguez:  I was able to safe my home, find a great job that allows me to serve the senior community that has been neglected.


Latin Times Magazine:  What is next for you? What can people expect to see from you?


Mayra Rodriguez:  Become more involve with the community by expanding with other groups


Latin Times Magazine:  What does being a U.S. Citizen mean to you?


Mayra Rodriguez: I am grateful of being an American since I can see the struggle of other countries trying to bring their family afloat from all the legal obstacles they confront.



Latin Times Magazine:  What is your opinion of the state of affairs in our nation? And what role do you see Hispanics/Latinos playing in the future of our nation.


Mayra Rodriguez: I think there is still a lot to do and I know that Latino community will keep growing and influencing in the politics, culture, sports, arts, etc.


Latin Times Magazine: What is the best lesson that you have learned in leadership and how has it helped your career?


Mayra Rodriguez:  That you need to believe in yourself, don't be your opponent, be genuine, explode your skills to get to the next level, collaboration is a essential, the sky is the limit and especially ensure the Lord is the center of your life.


Latin Times Magazine:  Is there anything I didn’t ask that you would like to share?


I am a happy mom of two wonderful sons and united to a lovely man.
