Welcome! My name is Cary Seaholm. I am an experienced therapist who has served the Tampa Bay areafor over 18 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the State of Florida and a Board-CertifiedCase Manager by the Commission for Case ManagementCertification.

I have spent the majority of my career working with individuals and families in various clinical andprofessional settings. My personal and professional backgrounds have shaped my understanding oftrauma allowing me to reach the root causesof pain.

I utilize an eclectic, problem-solving approach and treat each client with warmth and respect. Therapy isnot a one size fits all. I work with clients to create a treatment plan unique to their needs. We are ateam, and together we can achieve maximum results.

My niche is divorce recovery, parenting and blended family issues. I have a decade of experience workingwith families in the Family Court system. I previously served as a Family Law Mediator and understandthe dynamics of therapy in the divorce context. My experience helps me listen, understand and helpfamilies address the real problems they face as they try to raise healthy children across households. Ialso understand and can help bridge the disconnect that sometimes exists between divorced parentsandtheir children.
